When you create a mosaic dataset in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.2 with custom symbology and then upgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.4, the symbology becomes inverted.

Workaround
When you publish the mosaic dataset as a map service, the symbology reverts back to the original.
