This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Experience Builder. If the issue occurs, please contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
To avoid incorrect display of values, set the default value for the filter to all fields. This is only applicable when working with user input and does not work for other configurations.
