When working with layers containing different domain lists and contingent value configurations, the domains and contingent values from the previously selected feature layer template are applied as recommended in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer.

This issue can no longer be reproduced.Workaround
Ignore the recommended values for subsequent feature templates if a previous template was selected, or refresh the browser before selecting new feature templates.
