Bug
When working with dock attributes of the dockpane in ArcGIS Pro SDK, ArcGIS Pro remembers the first dock value, and does not recognize the new dock value after changes are made.

Additional Information
This is as-designed. The very first time the dockpane is loaded, its location is saved in ArcGISSettings.xml. Once the location is saved, ArcGIS Pro users can change the position of dockpanes, and this is updated in the XML file. To reflect the changes from an add-in developer, delete the ArcGISSettings.xml file located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ESRI.Steps to Reproduce
