Bug
When working with a layer that has more than one subtype, some with contingent values and some without, publishing the layer to ArcGIS Online from ArcGIS Pro results in ArcGIS Online viewing all subtypes as intended to have contingent values and returns the error, "Value is incompatible with other selected values.", even for a subtype that is not supposed to have contingent values.

This issue is not reproducible with the map provided.Workaround
For any subtypes that do not have any required contingent values, add a contingent value of <ANY> before publishing to allow any value to be input into that field.
