Bug
When working with a branch versioned feature service, attempting to use it as the target dataset for the Append tool fails with the error "ERROR 001260: Operation not supported on table" if the data contains a non-nullable field.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0.Workaround
Set a default value for the field with the NOT NULL constraint.
