Bug
When Web Map Service (WMS) layers are added to Map Viewer with multiple sublayers, all of the layers' visibility are toggled on by default, and the error message, "You may only create a map from one layer(s) at a time." is returned in the network traffic. None of the sublayers are displayed until one layer's visibility is toggled on.

The Web Map Service (WMS) layer reports no layer and cannot be added. Cannot debug this further.Workaround
When adding a Web Map Service (WMS) layer with multiple sublayers, add the sublayers to the map individually so the sublayers are not all toggled on by default.
