When viewing polygons at a scale of less than 1:1128.49 in ArcGIS Online, the polygons appear distorted.

Additional Information

The map package does not have the tile range of 1:75

Workaround

Create a tile package of the polygons, and share the feature service in the same web map. Transparent features must also be used.
