When viewing a survey in a web app, questions with calculations do not display properly and cause other questions to disappear, when the survey is configured to use pages.

Additional Information

The property ('username') is not supported by the web app as the property() function is deprecated from the XLSForm specification. Instead, use the username question type in the XLSForm to retrieve the same information.
