When viewing a publicly shared ArcGIS Insights workbook that contains data from a database connection, the following error message is returned, "Error: You do not have permissions to view this resource, please contact your administrator."

Additional Information
This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Insights 2021.2. A configurable setting on the server (insights.json) can control this. It disables the connection item permission check. The setting to use is "enforce_database_connection_sharing_permission": false.
