When utilizing an ArcGIS Enterprise URL for ArcGIS for Power BI, the error message "Error cannot read property of undefined (reading 'error')" is returned.

Workaround

Clear the cache in the ArcGIS for Power BI Desktop folders. There are two file locations the cache might be in, depending on how it was installed:

• <user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop
• Microsoft Store version—C:\Users\<user>\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop Store App

Apply the following steps:

1. Delete the WebView2 folder.
2. Delete the Cache folder.

Note: Please ensure the Desktop Application is closed when performing the above workflow.
