When using Unique Values symbology and 'Add Values' to add only some of the values, the attribute field opens empty in the Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) app if the attribute falls under <all other values>.

This issue is non-reproducible when tested with the Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) 17.0.4.Workaround
Option 1 : 'Add All Values' when using Unique Values symbology, drag and group the others into 'all other values' from ArcGIS Online.Option 2 : Add a field and calculate the field to be equal to the original symbolized field; symbolize one field and use the other for viewing purposes.Steps to Reproduce
