When using the variable "Value" of the Iterate Feature Selection iterator as inline variable substitution in ArcGIS Pro ModelBuilder, the outputs that are automatically added to the table of contents are named wrongly "_%Value%".

Workaround

Remove the outputs from the table of contents and add them again from the Project panel.
