When using the Tab Theme in Web AppBuilder, a default title and subtitle is applied automatically if the Title and Subtitle sections are blank.

Workaround

1. Use the Foldable Theme. 2. If using the Tab Theme, instead of leaving it blank, put a space in the Title and Subtitle sections.
