When using the SynchronizeChanges function in Python (for example, arcpy.SynchronizeChanges_management) to sync changes between replicas, the script fails if the 'reconcile' parameter is used and there is no space added to the end of the parameter before the closing double quotation mark.

Workaround

When manually writing out the function in Python, add a space at the end of the parameter by changing "RECONCILE" to "RECONCILE ".
