Bug
When using the Survey123 for ArcGIS web app, users are unable to scroll through the 'Thank You' screen if the message after submitting a survey does not fit within the web browser display.

This is a limitation of some external QR Code readers and not a Survey123 for ArcGIS limitation. The workaround is to either use the built-in QR code reader in the IOS or if an external reader is required, then use the the Scandit third party application (which is verified to work).Workaround
On a desktop browser, change the zoom level settings within the browser.On a mobile browser, request for the desktop site to allow zooming in and out.Steps to Reproduce
