Bug
When using the silent uninstall for ArcGIS Data Interoperability, there is a prompt that states: "The setup must update files or services that cannot be updated while the system is running. If you choose to continue, a reboot will be required to complete the setup". Other extensions do not display this prompt.

The prompt to reboot is expected to appear when uninstalling ArcGIS Data Interoperability. Use the '/qn' command in the silent uninstall script to have no pop-up menu.Workaround
When the prompt shows up, click OK. This completes the uninstallation of ArcGIS Data Interoperability for ArcGIS for Desktop.Steps to Reproduce
