When using the Select By Attributes tool either from the ribbon or the attribute table, the 'Includes the values' operator stops working properly after a few changes.

Additional Information

The issue in not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2. Upgrade to ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2.

Workaround

Close the Select By Attributes tool and restart the tool.
