Bug

When using the Java Manager 'Publish GIS Resource' and 'Add New Service' wizards in Firefox 3 to browse to and select a local resource, the service fails to start. This happens because the resource path gets truncated; C:\ArcGIS\java\samples\data\mxds\usa.mxd is truncated to usa.mxd.
