When using the 'Get Directions' feature from the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app with Apple Maps, some locations will open in a relatively nearby but incorrect location.

This issue is non-reproducible in version 24.2.0 of the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app. If this issue occurs, please reach out to Esri Support Services as additional information is needed for further investigation.

Workaround

Utilize a different app for Directions. The behavior is not present in Waze or Google Maps.
