Workaround

Add the individual feature layer for the map service instead of adding the entire map service. Example:Bug: <a href="http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/ServiceRequest/MapServer" target="_blank">http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/ServiceRequest/MapServer</a>.Workaround:<a href="http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/ServiceRequest/MapServer/0" target="_blank">http://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/ServiceRequest/MapServer/0</a>.
