Additional Information

The algorithms for vertical and horizontal factors are rewritten in ArcGIS Pro 3.1. Prior to ArcGIS Pro 3.1, these parameters were limited to 8 directions, and the results in ArcGIS 3.1 and subsequent versions are less distorted.
