When using the Create Version GP tool to create a child version, the parent version is deleted, and a "version not found" error is returned.

1) Create a new version through the Version Manager.2) Use the sdeversion -o create command line tool to create a child version.3) If using a Python script, do not use owner prefixes when specifying the parent and child versions in the CreateVersionManagement statement.
