When using the Copy Raster tool in ArcMap 10.4, if the Raster Storage environment setting is changed to LERC, a max error of anything but 0 fails when copying to .mrf.

As this issue cannot be reproduced in released ArcGIS 10.5. Please use most current version.Workaround
