Additional Information
The issue is reproducible between SQL Server and Oracle and between SQL Server and SQL Server.
Workaround
Workaround 1 only works for ArcGIS Pro while the other workarounds also work in ArcMap
- Before running the Copy tool, change the names in the 'To' column.
- In the Catalog pane, drag the FeatureClass from the first geodatabase to the second geodatabase.
- Right-click the FeatureClass, select Copy, right-click the second geodatabase, and select Paste.
