Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android, iOS) has been retired and is no longer being updated. Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker. Note this issue does not apply to ArcGIS Collector.

When using the Collector for ArcGIS (Android) app along with an offline map with no cell service or data connection, features named in Cyrillic are not found through a feature search, even when feature search is enabled.
