When using the Billboard theme to create a Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS application from a web map, the Legend widget is automatically named as Legend_2, even if there is no existing Legend.

Additional Information

Unable to reproduce after the March 2016 update.

Workaround

Rename the Legend with an empty space afterwards, and the Legend widget can be saved successfully.
