Bug
When using the ArcGIS Instant Apps Interactive Legend template with merged values for the symbology of the feature layer, the feature count is 0 for values that are merged, and the map does not display the features.

Workaround
Create a new field based on the merged values (without actually merging the values in the symbology) before creating a web app in ArcGIS Instant Apps.
