Bug
When using the ArcGIS API for Python SearchCursor to iterate through a table view to edit a hosted feature service, the script is successfully run and edits are applied, but the edits are not reflected in ArcGIS Pro until a restart of the application is performed or an ArcGIS Enterprise portal connection is reset.

The development team has considered the issue and concluded it will not be addressed. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
- Close and relaunch ArcGIS Pro. The attributes of the hosted feature service are edited as expected when checking the REST endpoint in ArcGIS Pro via a portal connection.
- Sign in and out of the portal connection in ArcGIS Pro.
- Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.
