Full support for Arcade expressions is introduced in Scene Viewer 10.8.1.Workaround
- Upgrade to Portal for ArcGIS 10.8.1.
- In the Portal for ArcGIS home page, click the Scene tab, create a new scene, and add the associated layer which was published with the web scene.
