When using the 'All Bands' processing template when adding Sentinel-2 data (Level 2A) to a mosaic dataset, the mosaic dataset displays as black at the full extent.

This issue cannot be reproduced in ArcGIS Pro 2.4.Workaround
Apply a definition query to the mosaic dataset to exclude the SCL-20m and SCL-60m images from the display. These are scene classification layers and are thematic 8-bit layers whereas the other image layers are 16-bit.
