Bug
When using the 'Add Field' GP Tool on a table in a personal geodatabase, the tool fails with the following error: "ERROR 999999: Error executing function. Item not found in this collection. Failed to execute (AddField)", if a scale is specified. Tool help indicates that a scale value, if specified, will be ignored for geodatabase tables.

Workaround
Either use a table in a file geodatabase or stand alone, or do not specify a scale for tables in a personal geodatabase.Steps to Reproduce
