When using the Add Data widget to add a shapefile to a Web AppBuilder app with a British National Grid (BNG) basemap in ArcGIS Enterprise, the features do not display.

Workaround
There is an Add Data widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder, which works as expected. If possible, build a similar app using ArcGIS Experience Builder.
