When using the 3D view in ArcGIS Explorer Desktop build 3400 on a Windows 10 machine with an AMD FirePro V3900 graphics card, the application crashes with a graphics error.

Additional Information

ArcGIS Explorer Desktop is no longer supported.

Workaround

  • Disable the AMD graphics card.
  • Use Windows 7.
  • Use ArcGIS Earth for 3D rendering.
