Bug
When using services from Web Feature Service (WFS) versions 1.1 and 1.0 from ArcGIS Online, in most cases the GetCapabilities operation returns a file corrupted with white space, causing the services to be unusable in the versions.

This issue will not be addressed in the current release cycle. If this is still a concern, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
This is an intermittent issue. In some cases, some services work in WFS version 1.1.0 while in other versions they do not work. All services work when tested at version 2.0.0.
