When using Production PDF, the error, "The encoding (CMap) specified by a font is missing" is returned when clicking the Evaluate Map command in the Color Mapping Rules dialog box.

Workaround

1. Uninstall Source Sans Pro and Formata fonts from '<a href="file:C:/Windows/Fonts'." target="_blank">C:\Windows\Fonts'.</a>2. Install Adobe Reader.3. Create a folder called Fonts at '<a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe'.4. Copy Source Sans Pro and Formata fonts to '<a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts'.
