When using Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1 federated with ArcGIS Data Store 10.3.1 as the dedicated hosting server, updating a date field with the 'Today' button in Collector Classic for ArcGIS (iOS) fails, and returns the following error message, "Cannot convert a value of type 'java.lang.Double' to 'TIMESTAMP'."

Additional Information

Collector for ArcGIS (Classic) has been retired and is no longer being updated.

Workaround

Manually select today's date in the application by scrolling to the correct date rather than using the 'Today' button.
