When using Microsoft Edge with the translation tool enabled as "always translate", the ArcGIS Experience Builder creation page returns “Failed to execute ‘insertBefore’ on ‘Node’: The node before which the new node is to be inserted is not a child of this node.”.

Workaround
Disable the always translate to Turkish function in the Microsoft Edge translation tool and use another browser.
