Bug
When using list variables in ModelBuilder with intermediate data variables that are named using inline variable substitution, only the first intermediate output is deleted when running the model outside ModelBuilder.

This is a known limitation. The intermediate option is enabled in current releases of ArcGIS Pro to address the issue. For ArcMap, use the workaround.Workaround
Manually delete the intermediate outputs from the scratch geodatabase or use an iteration workflow instead of list variables.
