When using Internet Explorer, sending an email from a configured pop-up in ArcGIS Online fails if a field name is framed by quotation marks, and the following error is returned, "The command line argument is not valid."

Works fine with the latest release.

Workaround

Option 1: Remove the quotation marks. The format must appear as {Field Name} rather than "{Field Name}".Option 2: Use a different browser.
