Bug
When using File > Save A Copy to map document containing a token authenticated ArcGIS map service, such as the USA Prime Imagery ArcGIS Online premium service layer, to a previous version of ArcMap, it should prompt the user to say that the layer won't be accessible in the previous release (because 9.2 and earlier does not support token authentication).
