When using feature-linked labels (Esri_PickLabel) in Autodesk AutoCAD 3D, synchronization with hosted feature layers does not work as expected after using 'enter' while editing a multiline text (MTEXT) entity.

Workaround
Repeating the changes and synchronization will eventually lead to normal synchronization behavior, as long as you do not use Enter in the multiline text entity.
