When using Esri Managed Cloud Services and the Coronavirus Vaccine Outreach solution on iOS devices, radius searches do not work until the viewer changes the search distance from the default or toggles a filter on or off.

This solution has moved to mature support.Workaround
- View the app using any operating system other than iOS.
- Change the search distance to a value other than the default (1 mile).
- Toggle a filter on or off in the app.
