When using custom widgets with i18n support in Portal for ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, an error "404" is returned in the console for nls/strings.

Additional Information

By design, the nls files are supposed to be imported by the framework, not the widgets. Widgets can access nls strings through this.nls and pass nls objects to other dijits if needed.
