When using basemaps in a basemap group for offline field mapping in ArcGIS Field Maps Designer within Enterprise 11.3, an error occurs stating "The basemap does not contain credentials."

"The basemap does not contain credentials." error message is expected when using an Esri basemap that has not been configured for offline use. Per our documentation, "The default Esri basemaps included in your portal are not enabled for offline use. You can take similar basemaps offline by adding an Esri basemap from ArcGIS Online to your web map." The workflow involves adding Esri Tiled Basemaps or Vector Basemaps that are configured for offline use into the ArcGIS Enterprise portal as items with stored ArcGIS Online credentials.Steps to Reproduce
