Bug
When using ArcGIS Maps for Office the header names found in a table or cells labeled MUNICIPIO or Provincia changes the Language of the fields into Spanish or Catalan when you select direccion and use the default country listed or select Spain.

We verified this bug using AM4O 4.0 released version and were unable to reproduce it on multiple environments. Based on our verification, we are closing this bug.Workaround
For the Provincia header where the fields change to Catalan, add an S to Provicias and the fields will be in Spanish.Similar behavior also occurs with English operating systems and the English version of ArcGIS Maps for Office when MUNICIPIO and PROVINCIA are used by themselves or together.Steps to Reproduce
