When using Arcade to calculate X and Y coordinates for features in a hosted feature service, the coordinates are returned in the spatial reference of the layer, and not the basemap.

Additional Information

The calculate profile does not have access to the view or the map, just the data store or feature service. Calculating the geometry of a layer should only do so in the spatial reference of the layer itself, not the view.

Workaround

Use ArcGIS Pro to get the X and Y coordinates for a hosted feature service in decimal degrees.
