Bug
When using Arc Schematics to add a new vertex to a linear element on a location with text, the element will ping back to its original position.

Workaround
The work around is to switch the text off1) Select edit/move schematic elements 2) Right click a whitespace in the map3) uncheck any checked on lables/text4) Now click the add vertex and add oneAnother Workaround:The problem is only happening when the text is set to Half Center. If the text is not displaying centered on the link, then there is no issue. To chage this, edit the project, select the textual propery, switch to the Effects tab of the property and change the Text Alignment to something other than Centered.Steps to Reproduce
