When using a wide variety of Android devices, the speech-to-text feature cannot be used when taking notes on the ArcGIS Survey123 app.

Workaround

1. If applicable, use any IOS device to take notes with the speech-to-text feature.
2. If using an Android device, use the speech-to-text feature on another application to take notes.
   1. The notes app on any Android device works.
3. Manually enter the notes on ArcGIS Survey123 Connect on a desktop.
