When using a shape marker fill (Font: ESRI Climate & Precipitation; Symbol: 85) for a polygon, the symbology shows in ArcGIS Pro but is not visible in the exported PDF.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.7.Workaround
Export to another format (PNG or JPEG) and convert to PDF. Alternatively, use a hatched fill symbol and format as desired.
